About Anne

Hi, I’m Anne, and I live with my little family in the green maritime vein of southeast Berlin. I love walking barefoot through the grass in my garden, meditating in the morning sun, or doing a sprightly Pilates session. Still, nothing is as beautiful as holding my little son in my arms and breathing in his smell very deeply into my heart. Topping off my little family bond is Papa Captain, who is often away but always has lots to talk about from his travels. So I know how it feels to be a single mom, but I also see the challenges of balancing your relationship, child, and job very well.

After a nice stable career curve, I was suddenly out of steam and chronically exhausted. I saw the way out of the crisis by turning everything around once. Now, as a coach and mentor, I support people in actively shaping their future and entering their entire presence and identity. Our beliefs and our appearance have a significant impact on how happy we are in a job. I actively accompany and support interview preparations, contract negotiations, and self-discovery in the job jungle.

Which methods have proven successful in your coaching practice?

I offer a combination of knowledge, methods, and toolings from my many years of professional practice, my coaching education and training, and all the wonderful life experiences I have had the privilege to collect. I always tailor my tools and methods individually to my coachees, relying on beliefs, powerful intentions, and various practical exercises, among other things. Here I incorporate my experience from my work in recruiting and thus cover the entire range from job search, applications and interviews, assessment centers, money mindset, and contract negotiations. The focus is on self-presentation, charisma, and authenticity.

What can your coachees look forward to with you?

Tailor-made coaching with a lot of heart and mind! I help all coachees to rediscover their radiance and to present themselves lovingly and authentically. We will experience many aha moments together and work with a lot of mindfulness at eye level. With joy and fun, we will achieve the goals and create a new lightness that makes you want more!
