About Christianna
I consider myself a Global Citizen. I am half Hungarian half Cypriot, born and raised in South Africa, and have also lived and worked in China, Czech Republic, and now Germany.
I am passionate about connecting diverse professionals with life-changing opportunities and empowering them to reach their full potential and this has led me to build a career in Talent Acquisition Leadership in the European tech scene.
- I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, an MBA and I’m a Mindvalley Certified Life Coach.
- I successfully pivoted my career twice, have previously founded my own business in Germany, have been working in recruitment for quite a long time and have extensive team leadership experience.
- I’ve helped dozens of professionals land high-paying (tech) jobs aligned with both their ambitious career goals and their values.
Which methods have proven successful in your coaching practice?
As a Mindvalley Certified Life Coach I am building on my passion to push people forward in their careers by helping them discover their purpose or ‘ikigai’ and empowering them to reach and maintain peak performance aligned with this purpose.
What can your coachees look forward to with you?
I come from an immigrant background and lived and worked around the world by myself in search of better opportunities so I can relate to those who are doing the same and can share several resources that helped me integrate better into a new country.
