About Maria

I have been counseling and coaching my clients in person and online, both in groups and individually, for over 6 years. During this time, I have conducted more than 5000 hours of counseling.
Thanks to my comprehensive coaching education, which is recognized by all German and international associations, my master's studies in "Consulting in the World of Work: Coaching, Mediation, Supervision, and Organizational Consulting," and further training in personal development, I have acquired fundamental knowledge in diagnostic procedures and competency assessment, as well as diverse coaching methods and tools.
Furthermore, I am familiar with current trends in the job market. Together with my clients, I develop tailored solutions for their career reorientation and advancement.
