About Gitanjali

Hi, I’m Gitanjali More, and I have made it my mission to support (international) jobseekers in tapping into their potential, achieving their professional goals, and creating a fulfilling life for themselves.

I come from India, where I studied Communication Management, and in 2014, I moved to Germany for a second degree. Since then, I have worked in various companies and international organizations. In January 2023, I became self-employed as a consultant and job coach. Additionally, for the past three years, I have been volunteering as a mentor for individuals (MentorMe and Netzwerk Chancen) seeking support in career planning and life.

With over 17 years of international experience in project and account management in large corporations as well as non-profit organizations, I have focused on helping individuals achieve their full potential and become financially independent and successful. I create customized coaching plans for each of my clients, ensuring that their individual needs are met.

Authenticity and honesty are crucial in my work. I stand by my clients, encourage them to be bolder, help build their self-confidence, and assist them in pursuing the path that makes them happy.

I have been living in Berlin with my husband and little daughter since 2017. In my free time, I enjoy cycling, being in nature, and running a podcast.

Which methods have proven successful in your coaching practice?

Coaching with me involves practical exercises, reflection questions, and a tailored program for each client. I provide a safe space where they can share anything. Though the focus is primarily on job and career, I also like to plan the daily and personal life with my clients to help them shape the best life for themselves.

What can your coachees look forward to with you?

Holistic support and encouragement, authenticity, my coaching expertise, and, of course, an enjoyable experience. I particularly enjoy working with people from different countries and underprivileged or underrepresented groups to provide them with good career opportunities.
