About Henrike

After almost 20 years in the PR industry, I am a communications expert and can bring these years of experience into my daily coaching practice. Especially in or with your company, communication and visibility play a significant role. In this regard, I have been supporting women, in particular, for several years in formulating their vision and mission and effectively communicating their messages to the outside world.

Which methods have proven successful in your coaching practice?

I work with methods from systemic coaching and pay attention to meaningful questions that enable my coachees to find a solution, make decisions, and be self-determined and self-confident on the job.

What can your coachees look forward to with you?

In addition to my experience in business coaching and consulting, there is also a lot of creativity and mindfulness with me. As a creative process facilitator, my coachees can also look forward to working with meditation, Breathwork, and creative methods.

What are your focal points in coaching?

I focus on professional development, using targeted questions and methods in an open atmosphere to understand my coachees’ dreams and goals, even if they cannot name them themselves before the coaching. This allows me to get to know the coachee and assess their strengths and weaknesses, and work with them to develop individual and customized solutions.
