About Sina

With 15 years of experience in the digital industry on three continents, I have been helping women position themselves in this industry since 2022. In doing so, I believe in the power of feminine energy! I enjoy working with international profiles and speak bilingual English.

Which methods have proven successful in your coaching practice?

I use systematic thinking, role plays, constellations, and elements from strategy consulting. I ensure to include your body in the process and use elements from Tantra. I pay attention to self-efficacy and that you feel good about positioning yourself and realizing your dreams.

What can your coachees look forward to with you?

I am an extrovert with a lot of energy that I like to use for your dreams. I bring courage, new perspectives and a safe space for all your emotions. Together we develop realistic plans that feel good and lead you to a fulfilled career YOU. And there is laughter in every coaching session, I want to make a heavy topic feel light.
