About Franziska
Hi, my name is Franziska and I am a coach. I started my systemic coaching training 2 years ago, but as far as I can think, coaching is one of the most important parts of working with people for me. I have been allowed to grow and develop many times professionally. Since 2006, I have taken on the responsibility of leading employees professionally and/or disciplinarily. Since that time, I have been allowed to develop an internal company mentor:ing program, have been a mentor myself both inside and outside the company, and have been involved with women in various change processes.
Additionally, I have been an ally in LGBTIAQ+ organizations since 2012 and a volunteer coach for social projects since 2018.
In each of these engagements, it is important to me to let people recognize their strengths, to strengthen these strengths, and to contribute to promoting their self-efficacy.
I combine the following roles myself:
- Executive wife, full-time employee, mother and bonus mother
- Founder, self-employed coach, trainer, consultant
- Ambassador, supporter in a women's network (Panda) and LGBTIAQ+ organization (Proudr)
- Mentor (MentorMe), and volunteer coach (Start Social)
- Berliner at heart, camper-traveler, concert lover, and podcast regular
What methods have worked well in your coaching practice?
The foundation of my coaching practice is systemic coaching. I therefore use sound coaching methods such as mindfulness techniques, individual coaching tools, meditations and visualization techniques. However, the most important thing for me is the self-awareness of the coachee and, thus, the anchoring of the change process.
What can your coachees look forward to with you?
“Everything that attention falls on changes.”
In a coaching session with me, we consciously focus on the challenges, pain points, and desire for change. I am there, holding your hand and guiding you in your transformation process. You receive individual and mindful impulses from me to (re)discover your strengths.
