About Heidi

Hi, I’m Heidi – Recruitment Coach and quite a bit of a career nerd. I’ve been hiring, helping and coaching job seekers for well over a decade across various industries in Finland and in Germany. I love my job and I want to help you find your next good job as well!

I’m essentially what you would call a generalist: I have 10+ years of experience working in
different People roles and in addition I’ve been digging into Marketing, Growth, Content, UX research and Operations topics during the recent years while working in the Berlin start-up scene.

My coaching is always neuroinclusive: we all have different, beautiful brains and I’m here to tailor my support to your exact needs and challenges.

Which methods have proven successful in your coaching practice?

It’s essential for us to find the best way to work together – it’s a collaborative process. I’m
comfortable switching between traditional systemic coaching, HR mentoring and career/brand advisory, based on your needs. My goal is always to create a safe space where we can together work on your job search challenges.

What can your coachees look forward to with you?

I’ll be your ex-recruiter accountability buddy! Outside of pragmatic application and interview
training, I’m happy to help also with Linkedin optimisation, strategy and overall personal
