Schedule an info call with us to learn more and/or choose your coach. Once we know more about you, we can match you with one of our career coaches.
2. a) Apply for your voucher for free coaching.
For free job coaching you need an AVGS voucher from your Agentur für Arbeit or job center. We are happy to support you with the application (see FAQs).
2. b) Request an offer.
Our coaching offer can of course also be used privately, without an AVGS voucher. Please contact us and we will create a customized offer for you.
3. Start your coaching journey with us.
Start your coaching process with regular sessions with your coach and use the learning platform as an additional resource at any time.

The activation and placement voucher (AVGS) is an instrument of the Federal Employment Agency that supports job seekers' professional integration. The AVGS is issued as a voucher and enables jobseekers to take advantage of certain measures to promote their professional qualifications and placement.

Then you choose our "Bildungsträger" and our "maßnahme" We would be happy to advise you on this. If everything goes well, you will soon receive your voucher.
