I am Julia, a corporate executive and part-time self-employed mentor for employed women. Whoever works with me should know what they want to achieve professionally.

Which methods have proven successful in your coaching practice?

Coaching sessions with me are always a mixture of mentoring and systemic coaching elements. You benefit from my many years of professional experience and established methods of Systemic Coaching.

What can your coachees look forward to with you?

Those who work with me can look forward to not only working with theory and coaching tools but also benefiting from my many years of professional experience and my time as a mentor, during which I have supported many women. I communicate clearly and directly and you leave each session with concrete tasks and recommendations for action.

What are your focal points in coaching?

Support for people who know where they want to go professionally. Creating visibility for oneself and one’s achievements (internally in the company or externally), for example, to finally be proposed for exciting projects, promotions, or even salary increases. Support in the application process for a management position or even accompaniment in the first period as a manager. Work in male domains/industries.
