Tamara Rose Morales
I help women, especially women with a migration background and BIWoC, to find a meaningful and fulfilling job and career in line with their personal interests, values and skills.
About Tamara
My professional journey began in the intense world of political operations, which not only gave me a deep understanding of communication and strategic thinking but also showed me the importance of finding your path and staying authentic. This led me to HR consulting, where I helped people realize their professional goals and find their place in the world of work. After subsequently managing the people and talent acquisition functions in start-ups and larger companies and learning how organizations work from the inside, I decided in 2019 to put my experience and knowledge at the service of a very special target group: Women, and in particular women with a migrant background and BIWoC.
In my professional journey, I have experienced the challenges of burnout and depressive anxiety disorder, which, while painful, have deepened my understanding of our mental well-being and health. When clients come to me struggling with their mental health burdens, I can offer not only professional support but also genuine understanding and compassion.
Ultimately, every professional and personal experience I’ve gained is part of what I offer as a coach today. My mission is to help women find their path, stay true to themselves, and realize their full power and potential in the process.
- 12 years of professional experience in HR and recruitment functions, 10 years as a manager and coach
- In addition to coaching, I also work as a trainer, public speaker and university guest lecturer
- I have currently worked with over 200 women in 1-1 and group coaching sessions
- I advise companies such as Babbel, Delivery Hero and HelloFresh on topics such as female empowerment, diversity and inclusion
- I am the founder of the career and business platform Berlin Boss Babes, which currently unites over 7000 women on their journey to greater professional fulfilment and regularly offers events and workshops
Which methods have proven successful in your coaching practice?
My coaching is influenced by cognitive behavioural therapy. This is based on the assumption that our emotions and thoughts often unconsciously influence our actions and that we therefore become our own obstacle. I often use neuroplasticity techniques to overcome obstructive beliefs and self-sabotage and combine these with my extensive professional experience to find personalised solutions for my clients.
What can your coachees look forward to with you?
My focus is on overcoming limiting beliefs, technical career counseling, personal branding, networking strategies, and the development of effective action plans for professional development.
